The Grange - Redevelopment of under utilised land within the Green Belt

This application was for change of use from B2(general Industrial) and B8 (Storage and Distribution) to be changed to Class C3(Dwelling Houses) , proposing to deliver three family dwelling houses within the Green Belt replacing the current use to a coherent development on the site which was consistent with some of the neighbouring residential use being appropriate to the setting and meeting the potential and improving the use of the land.
