Ascot - Stanley House

Stanley House was developer designed and built and about 10 years old.

The rear of the house had a sanitary rear aspect onto the fabulious rear garden.

The whole house is undergoing remodelling, the internal spaces are being opened up and will now feature a large rear opening to connect the buildings ground floor living areas to the garden aspect.

Te opertunity to remodel aspects of the exterior have also been required to give this home a new unique identity.

Windlesham - Cherry House

Conservation area

This started off as a typical two up two down cottage which had been extended over the years.

The main issue with this house was the internal circulation which was cramped by the old staircase. This was solved by extending the entrance porch and repositioning the stairs.

The rear conservatory was replaced and this area has been extended further and now features a very family friendly living area that leads onto the rear patio with improved connection to adjoining living areas.

This was a fantastic transformation, the ad hoc extensions of the past had been completely brought into one, the wc had cramped up the enrance hall, this has been reloctaed and now presents a welcome hallway that leads onto the remodelled living area beyond.

Farnborough - House Beauchamp**

This client just couldn't find a house that they would want to move to, they decided instead to invest in their exoisting property.

This house has had a complete make over, there were previously issues with the garage obscuring the entrance to the house and living areas were box like and uninspiring.

The  entrance was relocated, garage connected to the house, areas filled in with study and bedrooms over. Living areas completely changed with rear extension and now very comfortable entertaining and living space while still managing to retain seperate reception room.

Sunningdale - North End Lane

We were commissioned to increase the value on this period cottage which had been previously extended to a fashion. We managed to get planning to increase the size of the cottage from 2 bed to 3 large bedrooms with en-suite and generous family bathroom on the first floor. Downstairs we removed internal walls and increased the kitchen and living areas which were previously cramped and poorly laid out.

The side extension was built in timber frame and rendered over, new entrance porch and ground floor guest wc was added.

Woking - Grove House

An extension over the existing garage and new entrance porch.

Located in the Green Belt and in consulting our prefered planning consultant we managed to increase the size of this lovely home to have a fully functional additional main en suite with balcony over looking the fields beyond.

Marlow - House Bonfield

Complete remodelling of the house, both internally and externally, new extensions all round.

The hidden potential in this house lay in adding further bedrooms. The first floor was developed first, this released the value and the client returned to complete the second phase, a complete transformation with welcoming living areas, plenty of light and modern materials.

Windlesham - House Freeman

Single Storey Rear Extension including extensive internal remodelling.

This was an old style poorly insulated builing in an excellent location. The new design created an outdoor covered area which is fronted on three sides by living areas. The seperate garage is now linked to the main house and the space between forms an inviting entrance hallway with full elevation glazing offering views to the garden beyond.

Camberley - Upper Chobham Road

Single Storey Rear Extension including extensive internal remodelling.

Here an old conservatory was too hot in summer and too cold in winter. The solution was to wrap a new extension around the existing gable rear creating a whole new open plan kitchen living area with a glorious aspect onto the exsiting rear garden. The client used the oppertunity to renew the external facade to brighten up the whole rear aspect.

Almost all our clients opt to do an extension and remodelling because they need bigger living space.

An extension is mostly cheaper than moving house and can often add a lot of value to your home especially if adding bedrooms and improving and updating the general living areas.

Camberley - Tolvern House

This home is undergoing a complete external remodelling. Our client wanted to improve the connection with the large rear garden and we designed an efficient rear extension which will allow natural lighting to filter through into the remaining part of the house. The garage area to the side of the house has been completely re designed as a two storey side extension which realises the hansom increase in value on the house with its addition of comfortable main en-suite. The living areas on the ground are balanced to accommodate this now 5-bedroom home.
