This unique property is located on the Erinvale Golf Estate - South Africa. The building flows from the contours, a ribbon concept was inspired after a detailed site analysis and was eventually used in part of its form to inform the building that followed.

This was a uniquely complex building which features some extra ordinary aspects, absorbed by the commanding views and unique location.

The building was carefully detailed to offer an array of shadow junctions and layered structure which is set off against large floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views.
